Terms of service

Subscriptions

Roia is billed monthly in advance. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current billing period.

Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversation analyses and comment generations. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the comments you publish. Roia produces drafts for human review; you must follow the terms of any platform where you post. Using Roia output for spam, harassment or misleading claims is not permitted.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed before publishing.
